Crystal Care Solutions Ltd was originally established in 1996 (Task Team Group Ltd) with the concept of providing specialist independent planned and emergency care, to support children and young people who cannot be accommodated within their current residential provision.

Based on the Staffordshire/ Cheshire borders, we are an independent child and young peoples social care provider that has vast experience in multi-agency working. In order to aid positive child and youth development, we offer quality independent planned and emergency social care. Our service includes short, medium and long term residential care packages, support and supervision for children and young people aged 8 to 18 (National Minimum Standards) and supported accommodation for young people aged 16 plus. Our expertise has been developed through years of experience working successfully with the most challenging (physically and emotionally) children and young people.

At Crystal Care Solutions Ltd our philosophy is to achieve success through ‘Working in Partnership’. We work closely with parents, carers, Local Authorities and the relevant professionals to deliver the right social care solution for the individual. Through effective planning and our experienced teams, we offer a consistent and effective approach for the care of young people. Crystal Care Solutions Ltd will tailor planned and emergency social care packages to the specific needs of the young person and provide a comprehensive support package to produce ‘Positive Outcomes’.
