Having made the initial contact by telephone, we would ask that you send all appropriate information regarding the young person to us, to enable us to consider in more depth the needs of the young person and how best they may be met.
Placing a child or young person in social or residential care is not something to be taken lightly. Although the end results are beneficial to all, the initial intervention can sometimes prove to be quite hard, so we would also hope, if it was felt appropriate, that the young person in question would make their initial first visit with any members of their family who may also wish to assess the placement and what it has to offer.
