Once contacted our aim will be to work in partnership with the Local Authority to assess the situation quickly and efficiently. Crystal Care Solutions will then work with the Local Authority to develop a child and youth social care plan that will most closely match the needs of the young person.

The Local Authority will be fully involved in the initial development of the social care plan, and will be kept fully informed on the development of the programme throughout the duration of the placement. The social care plan will be realistic and have achievable aims. The Local Authority will be updated throughout.

Crystal Care Solutions Ltd will seek to cater for any other services or professional support that is required to meet the needs of the young people placed with us.

Many of the young people that we work with are lacking the social and independent living skills that are required in daily life. We have extensive experience of delivering the necessary skills and child and youth social care solutions that will help them to function in the wider society and further their prospects through education, training and employment. We will also work with other agencies to provide appropriate aftercare services and develop leaving care ‘Pathway Plan’ to enable or promote ongoing support to young people.
